Developing Tomorrow's Nursing Informatics Leaders

  • We have developed a program for emerging leaders in nursing informatics to involve them in a 2 year program to serve nursing informatics practice and policy
  • The program enhances leadership skills & competencies in communication & networking, strategic planning, negotiation& persuasion and leading & managing change
  • Each candidate goes through a rigorous nomination process and is paired with two mentors
  • The ultimate goal of the program is to develop an individual capable of leading an informatics‐related organization
