Global Health Equity Week

Since 2006, National Health IT Week has brought together stakeholders in Washington D.C. and across the country to demonstrate the power of information and technology to transform health. HIMSS has recently evolved this week to become a more globally driven experience. We are excited to launch the Global Health Equity Week, an experience complete with a lineup of daily events, virtual policy marches, health equity focused webinars and networking activities that will take place October 19-23, 2020.

During this year’s celebration, HIMSS and the health information and technology community will focus on pressing topics including maternal health, patient identification and safety, public health data modernization, and telehealth.
